SCOPE OF WORK:
Quality inspection services at your project sites will be carried out in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and the stages of approved FQAs/QAPs.
WTG Tower & Blade Fabrication at all stages will be witnessed/reviewed by the nominated inspection agency as per the approved MQP/QAP, OEM's specifications, and relevant IS/IEC standard references.
Allocated inspectors must hold NDT Level-2 certification. The IA will ensure that the deployed inspectors remain for the entire project duration, and no changes will be made unless necessary. Any changes require approval from the customer/client and must be requested at least 30 days in advance.
In case of stage inspection requirements, the concerned expert inspector must make necessary arrangements. Stage-wise documentation per tower must be maintained, reviewed, signed, and sealed. Tower-wise photographs must be maintained with sequential partitions.
The nominated inspection agency will prepare DQRs, and client approval is required for stage inspections of the WTG tower and blade inspection. This report is to be shared with the client daily, i.e., by 10 a.m. for the previous day's production monitoring.
Inspected materials must have identification markings, and details shall be mentioned in the inspection reports.
The inspector must state the final inspection conclusion, i.e., Accept/Reject/Hold. If held due to pending documents or required compliance for deviations, the inspector must review and release the IRN if the compliance/pending documents are satisfactory.
If there are NCRs or observations during the inspection process, RCA must be obtained from the vendor, reviewed, and closed by the inspector. Evidence of closure must be maintained and shared with the client through a shared folder.
