Job Description – Talent Acquisition/ Placement Officer
St. Paul's & St. Joseph's Group of Colleges are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Corporate Relation/ Placement Executive to drive campus placements, build industry collaborations, and support students in their career growth. This role requires strong HR, recruitment, and networking skills to ensure students get the best career opportunities.
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Relations & Placement Officer to build strong relationships with companies, generate internship and placement opportunities, organize industry interactions, and create live project opportunities for students. The ideal candidate should possess excellent networking, communication, and corporate relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with companies across various industries.
- Generate internship, placement, and live project opportunities for students.
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives and placement activities.
- Arrange industrial visits, guest lectures, workshops, and corporate interactions.
- Collaborate with academic departments to align industry requirements with student skills.
- Identify corporate training and certification opportunities.
- Track placement statistics and maintain employer databases.
- Ensure successful onboarding and follow-up with recruiting companies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Experience in corporate relations, business development, recruitment, or placements is preferred.
- Ability to build long-term partnerships with organizations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
