*Job Summary*
We are seeking a results-driven OPEX Assistant Manager to drive process excellence, lean initiatives, and continuous improvement across operations. The role involves implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and change management practices to ensure optimal operational efficiency at the lowest cost while meeting strategic objectives.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Install and support process excellence programs including governance, project reviews, communications, and training
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and change management methodologies with appropriate certification levels for the role
- Drive technical improvements using strong knowledge of machine, mould, product, and operations management
- Lead problem solving, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis on the shop floor
- Manage projects related to productivity, cost reduction, and quality improvement
- Prepare and present Monthly MIS for Operations Performance for MRM
- Ensure optimal operational efficiency through delivery of targets against strategic objectives
- Build operational excellence culture through coaching, training, and leadership
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement initiatives
*Required Skills*
- Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Operations Management
- Technical knowledge of plastic processing machines, moulds, and products
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proven project management and leadership abilities
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
*Preferred Candidate Profile*
- Certified Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred
- Experience in plastic packaging, FMCG, or process manufacturing industry
- Ability to drive change and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
