Job Summary:
TestPrepKart is hiring a Consultative Sales Executive with 2–4 years of experience in education or consultative sales. The role involves counselling students and parents, promoting SAT & AP preparation programs, managing leads, and converting inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about SAT & AP programs.
- Conduct and manage the demos.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads.
- Conduct follow-ups and convert leads into enrollments.
- Update CRM with lead and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Work and coordinate with foreign countries.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in consultative, education, or EdTech sales.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Customer-focused with a consultative approach.
- Proficiency in CRM, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Preferred
- Experience in SAT, AP, international education, or study-abroad counselling.
- Knowledge of the international admissions process is an advantage.
Work Schedule
Work From Home- 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Office- 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Work From Home- 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
