Job Summary
We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, Calicut. If you have a flair for Jewellery sales, love engaging with customers, and want to grow in a reputed retail brand, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and promote aged stock.
- Cross-sell products to HNI customers across categories.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Educate customers on product features and Malabar Promises.
- Manage online orders, packing, and secure transactions.
- Promote schemes and assist customers with enrollments and purchases.
- Coordinate customer orders via OMS software.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Perform daily stock tally and ensure secure handling.
- Support visual merchandising and product displays.
- Generate leads and invite customers to events and exhibitions.
- Assist in marketing campaigns and competitor analysis.
- Follow grooming standards and store SOPs.
- Participate in training and development programs.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service and sales experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail systems.
