Job Title: Operations Head – Interior Design
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Head to oversee and streamline the overall operations of our interior design projects. The candidate will be responsible for project execution, vendor management, procurement, team coordination, budgeting, and ensuring timely delivery of projects with high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management & Execution
- Oversee end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects (residential/commercial).
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per design specifications.
- Monitor site progress and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular site visits and review meetings.
2. Vendor & Contractor Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with company standards.
3. Procurement & Cost Control
- Manage procurement of materials and resources.
- Prepare project budgets and monitor cost control measures.
- Optimize operational efficiency to reduce wastage and delays.
4. Team Leadership
- Lead project managers, site supervisors, and coordination teams.
- Assign responsibilities and monitor performance.
- Foster collaboration between design, execution, and procurement teams.
5. Process & Quality Management
- Implement SOPs for smooth project execution.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality benchmarks.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices.
6. Client Coordination
- Act as a key point of contact for clients during project execution.
- Provide regular updates on project timelines and milestones.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 8–15 years of experience in interior fit-out / construction operations.
- Strong knowledge of site execution, BOQs, vendor management, and budgeting.
- Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
