Oriental Compressor Accessories Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of precision-engineered compressor spare parts with over 60 years of manufacturing excellence, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage government and private tendering activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Search, monitor, and identify relevant tenders from Government and Private portals such as GeM, CPP Portal, NTPC, ONGC, IOCL, BPCL, SAIL, BHEL, Railways, and other e-procurement platforms.
- Prepare, review, and submit technical and commercial bids within stipulated deadlines.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Purchase, Finance, and Technical teams to compile tender documents.
- Prepare tender documentation including eligibility documents, technical specifications, commercial quotations, declarations, and compliance statements.
- Manage EMDs, Bank Guarantees, Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG), and related tender documentation.
- Ensure compliance with tender terms, statutory requirements, and customer specifications.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Follow up with customers regarding bid clarifications, negotiations, order finalization, and contract execution.
- Maintain a database of upcoming tenders and competitor information.
- Coordinate post-order documentation and support the sales team during project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–8 years of experience in Government and Private Tender Management.
- Hands-on experience with GeM, CPP Portal, and other e-tendering platforms.
- Experience in industrial products, engineering, manufacturing, compressor, pump, valve, or heavy engineering industries will be preferred.
