We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) with strong expertise in Selenium, Java, and API Automation Framework Development to join our growing team. Position Details
- Role: SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test)
- Experience: 5+ Years
- Employment Type: Contract (C2C)
- Work Mode: Hybrid (2–3 Days/Week)
- Locations: Pune | Indore | Noida | Gurgaon
- Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM IST
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Java
- Design and execute automated test scripts for Web, API, and Regression testing
- Build scalable API automation frameworks using Rest Assured, Postman, and TestNG
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and define test scenarios
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins and GitLab CI
- Analyze test execution reports and track defects using Jira or similar tools
- Improve automation coverage and optimize execution time
Required Technical Skills
Automation & Testing
- Strong hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver with Java
- Expertise in API Automation using Rest Assured and Postman
- Experience with TestNG/JUnit and Maven/Gradle
- Strong understanding of automation framework design (Hybrid, Data-Driven, POM)
Tools & Technologies
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD processes
- Knowledge of Jira or defect tracking tools
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
Additional Skills
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have
- Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber
- Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter
- Knowledge of Docker or cloud-based testing platforms
- Basic SQL/database testing knowledge
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
