Location: Idukki, Kerala - Cardamon Estate
Time: 8am to 5pm

The Plantation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day field activities, managing workers, and ensuring timely execution of agricultural operations.
- Responsible for the direct supervision of labor and technical workers.
- The Supervisor ensures that field activities (planting, weeding, harvesting) and processing tasks are performed according to the estate's quality standards.
- Monitor crop conditions and report any pest, disease, or yield concerns
- Allocate tasks to workers and monitor daily attendance
- Maintains plantation records, including labor, inputs, and yields.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained in all field operation.
Qualification:
- Freshers can also apply, who interested to work in plantation Field work
- Cardamom plantation knowledge is needed
- We need 1 year commitment.
