Job Description Summary:
The ideal candidate is responsible for working with the facility leadership to develop and deploy environmental health and safety programs & policies to mitigate risk, drive regulatory compliances and establish a positive EHS culture and fire safety environment. Takes the lead role to play day to day EHS programs and support which includes the development, planning and implementation of environmental health and safety programs based on local regulations and company policies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and implementation of EHS programs by operationalizing EHS partnering with leadership to ensure compliance with applicable laws, local regulations and company policies
- EHS technical expertise in managing high risk operations, Risk assessment, emergency preparedness, radiation, fire and safety etc

Drive rigor and execution to EHS programs, EHS objectives & metrics integrate EHS in day to day operations
- Drive active EHS engagement & management of change
- Influence cross functional teams to operationalize and standardize EHS work practices
- Take lead role to participate in all facility audits and drive audit and compliance efficiently
- Lead incident investigations and drive closure of effective corrective / preventive actions
- Analize trends and performance. Provide routine feedback, and drive actions to improve performance

Drive EHS and fire and safety compliances and programs effectiveness through audits and process equipment reviews and site inspections
- Manage key performance indicators for the site and drive necessary efforts to achieve them
- Lead incident investigations and drive closer of effective corrective / preventive actions
- Analyze trends and performance, provide routine feedback and drive actions to improve performance
- Assure 100% completion of training, audits and other compliance aspects throughout

Experience with EHS aspects of chemical management or product stewardship and sustainability
- Knowledge on Operation & maintenance of Access Control /Spectra or any other SW & BMS operations would be an added plus.

Manage Physical Security Operations/Associated activities on PS/F Fighting etc.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelors or master’s in environmental engineering and diploma in industrial safety,
- 5-8 years of experience in leading environmental and safety compliance programs in IT environment
- Familiar with incident investigation methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to organize, motivate and influence teams, drive change and interact cross functionally
