Swami Feeds is looking for a dedicated and organized Store In-Charge to manage inventory, maintain stock records, and ensure the smooth operation of the store. The ideal candidate should have good organizational skills, basic computer knowledge, and be willing to stay within the company campus.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain inward and outward stock records accurately.
- Issue materials to departments as per approved requisitions.
- Verify and receive materials from suppliers.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Coordinate with the purchase and accounts departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about replenishment requirements.
Requirements (Mandatory)
✅ Must own a Two-Wheeler.
✅ Must be willing to stay and work within the company campus.
✅ Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Excel, stock entries, and record maintenance).
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Experience as a Store Keeper or Store In-Charge is preferred.
- Freshers with good computer knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Good communication and record-keeping skills.
