DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGIST – ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFocus: Performance Marketing
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to generate quality leads and achieve business growth targets.
- Plan, create, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital channels.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance based on key metrics such as leads, conversions, Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Return on Investment (ROI).
- Optimise campaigns regularly to improve lead quality, conversions, and overall campaign performance while reducing acquisition costs.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, keyword research, and market analysis to identify effective targeting and advertising opportunities.
- Develop effective campaign strategies, ad funnels, targeting plans, and retargeting campaigns.
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, videos, copy, landing pages, and campaign materials.
- Conduct A/B testing for advertisements, creatives, audience segments, ad copies, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Track leads and campaign performance through CRM systems and other relevant marketing tools.
- Coordinate with the sales and admissions teams to analyse lead quality and improve conversion rates.
- Manage and optimise marketing budgets to ensure effective utilisation and maximum return on investment.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using relevant tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking platforms.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and provide strategic recommendations based on campaign data.
- Identify new opportunities and implement strategies to improve lead generation, conversions, and revenue.
- Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends, advertising platform updates, and digital marketing tools.
- Perform other digital marketing and performance marketing responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager or Management based on business requirements.
