Experienced candidates with relevant telecalling or customer service experience may be offered higher compensation based on their skills and experience.
Job Summary
Reliance Animation Academy, Patna, is looking for a motivated Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to enquiries, generate leads and schedule appointments for the Admissions Counsellor.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to course enquiries.
- Contact prospective students and parents generated through marketing campaigns.
- Provide basic information about courses and academy services.
- Schedule appointments for the Admissions Counsellor.
- Conduct regular follow-up calls with prospective students.
- Maintain enquiry and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
- Coordinate with the Admissions Team for lead updates.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Work Schedule
Monday to Saturday | 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM
