Work
- Lead and manage sales calling team
- Assign daily targets & track performance
- Monitor calls, leads & conversions
- Train and support team to close deals
- Handle escalations & improve sales process
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in sales / team handling
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Experience in telecalling / inside sales preferred
- Target-driven and responsible

- 6 days working
- 1 weekly off
- 9 AM – 6 PM
Salary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,355.95 - ₹41,732.56 per month
