Overview
Build The Blueprint and Arc & Eden are looking for a Partnerships & Collaborations Associate to help build and manage relationships across the architecture and design ecosystem. The role involves outreach, communication and coordination with speakers, academic institutions, industry partners and collaborators. We are looking for someone who is confident, highly organized and excited by the idea of building meaningful relationships and bringing people together.
Key Responsibilities
Partnerships & Outreach
- Identify and reach out to potential speakers, collaborators, academic institutions and industry partners.
- Manage communication across email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and phone calls.
- Follow up consistently and maintain strong relationships.
- Assist in expanding the BTB ecosystem and network.
Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners and collaborators.
- Coordinate with speakers, institutions and brands.
- Ensure smooth communication and timely responses.
- Build trust and maintain professional relationships.
Coordination & Scheduling
- Manage meetings, calendars and follow-ups.
- Organize information, contact databases and conversation records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are met.
- Track commitments and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
Operations Support
- Assist in managing timelines and deadlines.
- Support event planning and execution.
- Coordinate with vendors and external stakeholders when required.
- Help manage day-to-day communication and logistics.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and people skills.
- Prior experience in outreach, coordination, operations or relationship management is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work across multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable with email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and professional communication.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and spreadsheets.
- Ability to maintain detailed records and manage schedules efficiently.
