GRE is responsible for maintaining open lines of communication with guests and prospective clients. This includes handling VIP guests including all admin activities. Organizing and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary and maintaining updated documents, spreadsheets & overseeing the sorting and distribution of incoming mails.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Handling Clients & their queries
Walk through the project and show them the model Villa / Plots.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports & handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls..
Maintaining client records and sharing with the Reporting Head on daily basis
Answering client questions about the project and update scheme.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in hospitality - Best preferred.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Pleasing personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers.
Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
