Job Description
SRJ Construction is looking for a skilled 2D/3D House Plan Designer to create residential building layouts and help in client project acquisition. The candidate should have strong design skills and the ability to convert client requirements into practical and attractive plans.
Responsibilities
- Create 2D house plans & 3D elevations
- Design residential layouts as per client needs
- Modify designs based on feedback
- Support in client handling & project acquisition (lead generation)
- Coordinate with site team for execution
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil / Architecture (preferred)
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max or similar tools
- Basic understanding of construction
- Good communication skills
- Fresher / Experienced both can apply
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
