Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating business opportunities, managing client relationships, increasing brand visibility, and supporting sales growth through strategic marketing initiatives. The role requires excellent communication skills, market research capabilities, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, social media, and business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, collectors, corporate clients, and prospective customers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close sales opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain customer database and update CRM records regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media promotions, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Assist in organizing exhibitions, events, promotional activities, and client engagement programs.
- Develop marketing materials including brochures, presentations, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytical reports.
Key Skills Required

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in luxury retail, art galleries, lifestyle brands, interior design, or premium products will be preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.

- Monthly revenue generation.

Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per Month (depending on experience)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
