Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW/ Adobe Illustrator
- Basic understanding of design concepts and trends
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create design concepts for the brand
- Assist in product sampling and development
- Coordinate with buyers strictly for design-related purposes
- Support the team in executing design ideas efficiently
Salary Structure:
- First 3 months (Probation Period): ₹13000 – ₹15,000 per month
- After 3 months: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000 per month
- Post probation: Salary increment based on skills, performance, and experience
Additional Information:
- Interview Type: Walk-in interview at office location
- Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Probation Period: 3 months
- Notice/Transition Period: 7 days
