About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and motivated WordPress Developer with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and maintaining WordPress websites, customizing themes and plugins, and ensuring responsive, high-performance websites.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins as per project requirements.
- Build responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Work with Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg, or other page builders.
- Integrate third-party APIs, forms, payment gateways, and plugins.
- Optimize website speed, performance, and SEO.
- Troubleshoot website issues and perform regular maintenance.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and backend developers.
- Ensure website security, backups, and updates.
Required Skills
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in WordPress development.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS.
- Good understanding of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
- Experience with custom themes and plugin customization.
- Familiarity with Elementor or other page builders.
- Basic knowledge of WooCommerce customization.
- Understanding of website optimization and SEO best practices.
- Knowledge of Git/version control is a plus.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience working on live client projects.
- Basic knowledge of hosting environments (cPanel, FTP, DNS).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
