Position: HVAC Supervisor
Location: Mohali
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
- Lead and manage technicians, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor project timelines, material requirements, and workforce allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company quality guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
3–7 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or project supervision.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and troubleshooting.
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical or a related field will be preferred.
