### **Position Overview**
We are seeking a qualified commercial professional to manage end-to-end tendering, estimation, and billing cycles for our power infrastructure projects.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* **Tendering & Costing:** Manage e-tendering processes, perform detailed structural/electrical BOQ analysis, and prepare competitive techno-commercial bids.
* **Billing & Revenue Assurance:** Generate progressive Client RA bills, process Price Variation Clauses (PVC), and secure approvals for extra-item claims.
* **Contract Administration:** Verify subcontractor measurements, conduct material reconciliation, and track cash-inflow/Bank Guarantees.
### **Qualifications**
* **Education:** B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
* **Competencies:** Proficient in e-procurement platforms, advanced MS Excel, and standard utility contract frameworks (including IEEMA formulae).
