Eureka windows is hiring for Production Manager - UPVC Extrusion for Bangalore .
Experience - 8 to 12 years.
ctc - 10 - 12 Lacs.
Job Roles:
Plan and execute daily, weekly and monthly production as per sales and dispatch requirements.
Manage uPVC extrusion lines, production manpower, tooling, changeovers and process parameters.
Ensure achievement of production targets, OEE, productivity and yield.
Monitor and optimize extrusion parameters including temperature, speed, pressure, cooling, calibration and material feeding.
Troubleshoot extrusion-related process issues and coordinate with Maintenance and Technical teams for quick resolution.
Control rejection, scrap, material wastage and production losses through systematic root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Ensure consistent product quality in coordination with Quality, R&D and Technical teams.
Manage production supervisors, operators and technicians and ensure effective manpower utilization.
Coordinate with Planning, Stores, Maintenance, Quality and Dispatch for uninterrupted production.
Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, TPM and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, housekeeping and statutory requirements.
Prepare and review daily/monthly production MIS covering output, rejection, downtime, OEE and productivity.
Drive cost-reduction initiatives related to material consumption, energy, manpower and machine downtime.
Support new product trials, process development, tooling trials and capacity enhancement projects.
