Now Hiring: History & Civics Teacher (High School)
Location: BTM
We are looking for a passionate and qualified History & Civics Teacher to join our dynamic faculty at St. Mira’s High School.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in History and Civics for Grades 9 and 10.
- Prepare students for board exams with a strong focus on ICSE curriculum standards.
- Foster critical thinking and awareness of historical and civic issues.
- Use varied teaching methodologies and digital tools to enhance learning.
- Evaluate student progress through assessments, projects, and class participation.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities and events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in History, Political Science, or related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the secondary school level.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and inspiring young minds.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
