Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities by reaching out to potential clients via calls, emails, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Understand client preferences and create tailor-made travel packages, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, promotions, and destination knowledge.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless travel arrangements for clients.
- Handle inquiries, provide recommendations, and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Regularly report sales activities and performance to management.
