Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, articulate, and target-driven Lead Generation Telecaller to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound cold and warm calls to prospective clients, introducing our products/services, and identifying high-quality business opportunities. Your primary objective is to build initial rapport, qualify the prospect's needs, and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for our senior sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Outreach: Initiate a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective leads from provided databases and cold lists.
- Lead Qualification: Use strategic, open-ended questioning to understand prospect pain points, budget, authority, and timeline.
- Pitching & Education: Deliver clear, engaging product or service introductions using approved scripts while fluidly adapting to conversational flows. [1, 2]
- Appointment Setting: Successfully schedule qualified appointments, site visits, or presentations for the field sales team.
- Objection Handling: Confidently navigate gatekeepers, handle rejections gracefully, and address initial customer doubts or complaints.
- CRM Data Management: Accurately log call dispositions, prospect feedback, and contact details inside our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Pipeline Follow-ups: Conduct scheduled follow-up calls with warm prospects who previously showed initial interest to nurture them through the early pipeline phases. [
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily call volume quotas and weekly/monthly qualified lead generation targets. [1]
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of proven experience as a Telecaller, Inside Sales Agent, or Telemarketing Executive. Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply.
- Communication: Flawless verbal and written communication skills with a neutral, pleasant accent and an engaging telephone presence.
- Active Listening: Strong ability to listen intently, pick up on buying signals, and document detailed consumer notes.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience working with standard CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, TeleCRM) and automated dialling equipment.
- Resilience & Drive: High psychological stamina to handle high volumes of daily rejection while maintaining an energetic, positive attitude.
