Job Description
Macro Marketing is looking for an energetic and responsible Sales & Purchase Executive to support customer development, field sales, supplier coordination and purchasing activities. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit factories, institutions, construction companies and other potential customers.
- Introduce and promote industrial safety products, PPE, uniforms, hygiene products and chemicals.
- Generate new enquiries and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on orders and assist with payment collection.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the office for suitable products.
- Collect prices and quotations from suppliers.
- Compare product quality, specifications, price and delivery terms.
- Coordinate purchase orders, material availability and timely delivery.
- Maintain sales, purchase, customer and supplier records.
- Submit regular visit, enquiry, order and follow-up reports.
- Travel locally for customer visits, supplier visits and urgent business requirements.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or any bachelor’s degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, email and WhatsApp.
- Ability to communicate in Tamil and basic English.
- Good communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn about technical products.Preferred Candidate
- Experience in industrial sales, purchasing, PPE, safety products, uniforms, chemicals, hardware or institutional supplies will be an advantage.
- Candidates familiar with local industrial areas and customer visits will be preferred.
