About the Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle — from understanding hiring needs to successfully onboarding top talent. You'll be a key partner to business leaders and hiring managers, ensuring we attract the right people at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across departments — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define candidate profiles
- Source candidates proactively through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels)
- Conduct structured HR interviews and coordinate assessment processes
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Track and report key recruitment metrics (TAT, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness)
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring independently
- Proficiency with sourcing platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously with good prioritization
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Good to Have
- Experience hiring across multiple functions or business units
- Familiarity with HR tools and HRMS platforms
- Prior exposure to employer branding or recruitment marketing initiatives
