Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Officer – Marketing (B2B) to develop business opportunities, build strong corporate relationships, and drive revenue growth. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, promoting company products/services, managing the sales cycle, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Approach potential corporate clients, businesses, and institutions to introduce company products/services.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and business discussions.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with B2B customers and key decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up with clients for successful conversions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information to improve business strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation/Diploma preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or business development preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and sales interest can also apply.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
