Job Summary
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer with around 1 year of experience for an office-based role in Navsari, Gujarat. The candidate will handle client queries, coordinate with clients and internal teams, provide basic technical support, and assist with day-to-day electrical engineering activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client queries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate technical information.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve queries on time.
- Follow up on pending client requirements and requests.
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, and technical documentation.
- Assist with electrical engineering and office-related activities.
- Prepare quotations, technical documents, and correspondence when required.
- Maintain professional communication with clients.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior team members.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Around 1 year of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of electrical engineering concepts.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
- Strong client-handling and follow-up skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to understand and respond to client queries.
- Comfortable working in an office environment.
- Willingness to work from the Navsari office.
