Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant with experience in the gold-related industry. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, experience handling financial records, and proficiency in Zoho accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle purchase, sales, and inventory-related accounting entries.
- Manage invoices, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliation.
- Work on Zoho accounting software for financial tracking and reporting.
- Support gold-related transaction documentation and verification.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and audit-related documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and compliance.
Requirements:
- Experience as an Accounts Assistant, preferably in gold/jewellery/gold loan industry.
- Mandatory experience in Zoho accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Good Excel knowledge.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
