Job Description
IDT Muzaffarpur is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele Caller Executive to join our admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective students, explaining our courses, handling admission enquiries, and scheduling counselling appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective students and parents from provided leads.
- Explain IDT courses, fees, and admission process.
- Follow up with interested candidates.
- Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits.
- Maintain daily call records and update enquiry status.
- Achieve admission enquiry and follow-up targets.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Good communication skills in Hindi. Basic English is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).
- Positive attitude and convincing personality.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be preferred.
