Position: Silver Jewellery Sales Executive
Years of experience: 0 to 7 years (Freshers also preferred)
Job Summary
Responsible for promoting and selling silver jewellery collections, assisting customers with product selection, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while achieving showroom sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their preferences and requirements.
- Display and explain silver jewellery designs, weight, quality, and pricing.
- Recommend products suitable for gifting, daily wear, festivals, and special occasions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion goals.
- Maintain product displays and ensure stock availability.
- Support billing, packing, and customer documentation.
- Follow up with customers regarding new arrivals and offers.
- Handle customer feedback and service requests.
- Ensure showroom standards, cleanliness, and security procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with inventory and billing teams for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Experience in jewellery sales
- Basic knowledge of silver jewellery products and current trends.
- Positive attitude, sales mindset, and professional appearance.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
