- Performance & Revenue Growth
- Drive revenue generation and business expansion activities
- Build and monitor target-based sales systems
- Analyze sales reports, performance metrics, and operational gaps
- Improve conversion efficiency and sales productivity
- Support management in scaling sales operations and workforce planning
- Training & Development
- Train and mentor junior sales associates and team members
- Conduct product knowledge and communication training sessions
- Monitor team performance and provide improvement guidance
- Build a professional, target-driven, and growth-oriented sales culture
