Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging videos, reels, posters, graphics, and digital content for OPSTA.
- Manage OPSTA's social media platforms and maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for school programs, Maker School, workshops, events, and courses.
- Generate and track leads and enquiries through digital marketing activities.
- Handle basic SEO and website content to improve online visibility.
- Capture and create content from school programs, events, exhibitions, and student projects.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Monitor digital performance and prepare monthly marketing reports and insights.
- Work closely with the Business Development, Academic, and Technical teams to support organizational growth.

Nature of the Role
This is not a purely desk-based social media position.
The Digital Marketer may be required to attend:
- School events
- Robotics exhibitions
- Workshops
- Maker School activities
- Student showcases
- Webinars
- Promotional events
The employee should therefore be comfortable with field activities, photography/videography, event coverage, and direct interaction with students, parents, faculty, and school authorities.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
