Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote the hospital’s healthcare services, enhance brand visibility, and support patient acquisition initiatives. The candidate will coordinate marketing campaigns, manage community outreach activities, build relationships with doctors and corporate clients, and support digital and offline promotional efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote hospital services and specialties.
- Coordinate health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach activities.
- Build relationships with referring doctors, clinics, corporates, insurance companies, and healthcare partners.
- Support digital marketing initiatives including social media, email campaigns, and website content updates.
- Assist in organizing hospital events, seminars, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback.
- Prepare marketing reports and track campaign performance.
- Work closely with medical and administrative teams to improve patient engagement.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
- Handle branding materials such as brochures, banners, presentations, and advertisements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in hospital, healthcare, or pharmaceutical marketing preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
