Hiring: DATA ENTRY OPERATOR

Key Responsibilities:
* Enter and update logistics and dispatch data in SAP system accurately
* Maintain records of tyre inventory movement, including size, brand, and batch details
* Create delivery notes, invoices, and transport documents in SAP
* Track inbound and outbound shipments and update delivery status
* Verify e-way bills, delivery challans, and invoices for accuracy
* Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and sales teams
* Generate daily and monthly logistics and dispatch reports
* Identify discrepancies and ensure timely corrections in system data
* Maintain organized documentation (digital and physical)
Requirements:
* Hands-on experience in SAP (MM/SD modules preferred)
* Experience in logistics or supply chain operations
* Good typing speed with high accuracy
* Proficiency in MS Excel and data management tools
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to handle workload efficiently and meet deadlines
