Asian Navkar Hospital is seeking a responsible and proactive Night Manager on Duty (MOD) to oversee hospital operations during night shifts, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, patient satisfaction, and prompt resolution of operational issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise overall hospital operations during the night shift.
- Coordinate with clinical, nursing, housekeeping, security, and support teams.
- Handle patient and attendant concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor admissions, discharges, transfers, and emergency situations.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and service standards.
- Prepare shift reports and communicate critical updates to management.
- Manage escalations and maintain seamless patient care services throughout the shift.
Requirements
- Graduate in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in hospital operations or administration.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage emergencies effectively.
