We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting jewellery, provide excellent service, and help achieve store sales targets. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of retail or sales experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a warm shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and care instructions.
- Assist customers throughout the purchase process.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and basic cash/POS transactions.
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock verification.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Follow company policies, security procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in jewellery, retail, or customer service (Freshers can apply).
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or any Graduate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
