As a Customer Care Executive at our charging station office , you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and handling customer inquiries to ensure a positive experience for every user of our platform. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:
1. Customer Support:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via various communication channels, including phone, email
· Provide accurate information about our services and assist customers effectively.
2. Problem Resolution:
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
3. Order Assistance:
Assist customers with placing, modifying, or canceling order of our card on the platform.
Guide customers through the ordering process, troubleshoot technical issues, and address any difficulties they may encounter.
4. Technical Support:
· Provide basic technical support to record, and maintain customer data,

· Stay up-to-date with the latest offerings, menu updates, promotions, and features of our platform to provide accurate information to customers.
6. Customer Feedback:

Qualifications and Skills:
· Diploma or Bachelor's degree Is required.
