Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting comprehensive engineering services to create effective technical solutions that address complex challenges and meet organizational goals. The role requires applying a blend of scientific principles, socio-economic insights, technical expertise, and hands-on experience to resolve engineering issues. Daily activities include collaborating across various domains such as structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and technical oversight, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of engineering outcomes that align with business priorities.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team efficiency and project quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of engineering objectives with business strategies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Design.
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis and stress evaluation techniques relevant to aerospace engineering.
- Experience in configuration management and technical documentation to support engineering projects.
- Ability to apply scientific and technical principles to develop innovative engineering solutions.
- Familiarity with qualification standards and regulatory requirements in the aerospace sector.
- Competence in using engineering software tools for design, simulation, and analysis.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in Aircraft Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
