Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport the Executive Director to meetings, office locations, airports, and other destinations as required.
- Ensure punctuality and adherence to schedules.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent condition, including regular cleaning, servicing, and fuel management.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain all vehicle-related documents, including registration, insurance, pollution certificate, and service records.
- Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays and ensure timely arrivals.
- Ensure strict confidentiality regarding all official and personal matters encountered during duty.
- Assist with pick-up and delivery of documents, parcels, or other official items as required.
- Be available for extended hours, weekend duties, and outstation travel when necessary.
- Comply with all traffic rules, safety regulations, and organizational policies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Higher Secondary (Plus Two) qualification preferred.
- Valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a driver, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism.
- Good communication skills and courteous behavior.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
