We are looking for a motivated and target-driven **Outbound Sales Executive** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads and converting prospects into sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a passion for sales.
## Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound calls to potential sales.
* Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
* Generate and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
* Present company services effectively and handle objections confidently.
* Track daily outreach activities and update CRM/sales records.
* Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, business development, or lead generation.
* Freshers with strong communication and sales mindset may also apply.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
