About the Role
We are looking for a creative, research-driven, and detail-oriented Senior Content Writer to join our Content Team. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, the ability to create engaging content across multiple formats, and experience in developing content strategies that support marketing, branding, SEO, lead generation, and business growth.
The candidate will work across multiple business verticals and be responsible for creating high-quality content that drives engagement, improves search visibility, supports sales initiatives, and strengthens brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Development
- Create compelling, engaging, and high-quality content across multiple platforms.
- Develop content for websites, landing pages, blogs, newsletters, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Write clear, persuasive, and audience-focused content aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content.
SEO Content Writing
- Create SEO-friendly content to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and content gap analysis.
- Optimize content using relevant keywords and search intent.
- Collaborate with SEO and Digital Marketing teams to improve website traffic and engagement.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
Technical Writing
- Develop technical documentation, product descriptions, user guides, FAQs, and explanatory content.
- Simplify complex topics into easy-to-understand content for various audiences.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in technical content.
Copywriting & Marketing Content
- Write persuasive ad copies for:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- Display Ads
- Social Media Campaigns
- Email Marketing Campaigns
- Develop high-converting sales and marketing copy.
- Create compelling CTAs (Call-to-Actions) to improve conversions.
Blog & Website Content
- Research, plan, and write informative and engaging blog articles.
- Develop website content that supports SEO and business objectives.
- Create content that educates, informs, and drives audience engagement.
White Papers & Research Content
- Develop white papers, reports, case studies, and thought leadership content.
- Conduct in-depth industry, market, and competitor research.
- Translate research findings into meaningful business content.
Product & Brand Content
- Create product descriptions, product storytelling content, and feature-based content.
- Develop content that highlights unique selling propositions and business value.
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns.
News & Editorial Content
- Write news articles, press releases, announcements, and corporate communications.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.
- Create timely and relevant content for internal and external audiences.
Research & Content Strategy
- Conduct industry research and competitor analysis.
- Identify content opportunities and emerging trends.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning discussions.
- Generate innovative content ideas that support organizational growth.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Monitor content performance and engagement metrics.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports.
- Analyze content effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
- Recommend content improvements based on data and performance trends.
Team Collaboration

Required Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, English Literature, Mass Communication, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Content Writing, SEO, Copywriting, or Digital Marketing are an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–5 years of professional experience in Content Writing, Copywriting, Technical Writing, or Digital Content Development.
- Experience creating content across multiple industries or business verticals is preferred.
