We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly BDO to handle outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for promoting products or services, handling customer queries, and maintaining good customer relationships
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Explain products or services clearly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
