We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Travel Sales Executive who is passionate about sales and customer engagement. This role is primarily focused on converting travel inquiries into bookings through telecalling, follow-ups, and relationship building. The ideal candidate should also be confident in meeting clients, representing the company professionally, and presenting our travel services during business meetings when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Conduct regular follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email to maximize lead conversions.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages, flights, hotels, visas, cruises, and other travel services.
- Prepare customized quotations and negotiate effectively to close sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
- Generate new business through telecalling, referrals, and customer relationship management.
- Meet prospective clients, corporate customers, and business partners whenever required.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, presentations, networking events, and business discussions.
- Deliver presentations about the company's travel services, products, and offerings to potential clients and partners.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with DMCs, suppliers, and the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery after booking confirmation.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, bookings, customer interactions, and follow-up activities using CRM or Excel.
Requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to confidently close deals.
- Comfortable with telecalling, lead generation, and customer follow-ups.
- Confident in meeting clients and representing the company in professional business meetings.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable travel solutions.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Email, and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team sales targets.
- Prior experience in travel sales, telecalling, hospitality, insurance, banking, or any sales-focused role is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
