Academic Trainer – Science
Job Responsibilities
Deliver structured and engaging training sessions and presentations for teachers, principals, and academic trainers through online and in-person formats.
Conduct lectures and hands-on training in assigned science subjects using activity-based and experiential learning methods.
Design, develop, update, and maintain curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, and training materials.
Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students on subject concepts, projects, and career pathways.
Conduct assessments, evaluate learner performance, and provide timely, constructive feedback.
Integrate modern teaching tools, digital platforms, and educational technologies into classroom practices.
Plan and facilitate workshops, seminars, certification programs, and professional development sessions.
Collaborate with faculty members, industry experts, and academic committees to enhance curriculum quality.
Create and curate digital learning content, including presentations, coding exercises, simulations, and tutorials.
Support student and faculty participation in academic projects and research initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and academic documentation in compliance with institutional policies.
Qualifications & Preferred Candidate Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Education, or a related discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching, training, or academic facilitation in Science subjects.
Strong subject-matter knowledge and understanding of school-level or higher secondary science curriculum.
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written). Strong presentation, interpersonal, and classroom management skills. Ability to engage, motivate, and mentor diverse groups of learners. Willingness and ability to travel to different locations for training assignments.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
