Infrastructure & Operations Management
1. Manage and maintain the company’s servers, networks (LAN/WAN), and hardware.
2. Ensure 99.9% uptime for critical business applications and communication channels.
3. Oversee the procurement, installation, and configuration of IT equipment.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
1. Implement and monitor robust cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and encryption.
Maintain IT security protocols in alignment with CTPAT standards (e.g. access control, password policies, and system monitoring).
1. Conduct internal audits to ensure the IT department is always audit-ready for external certifications.
Data Management & Backup
1. Design and execute comprehensive data backup and disaster recovery plans.
2. Ensure data integrity and protection against unauthorized access or cyber threats.
Team & Vendor Management
1. Lead the IT support team to provide timely troubleshooting and technical assistance.
2. Manage relationships with ISPs, software vendors, and hardware suppliers to ensure cost-effective services.
Policy Development
1. Create and update IT SOP and user manuals.
2. Conduct regular security awareness training for employees to prevent phishing and data breaches.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
