Job Description:
We are a developer firm seeking a Civil Site Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in site execution of residential (high-rise and bungalow) and commercial projects. The role involves supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance, coordinating with project stakeholders, and maintaining accurate site documentation for timely project delivery.
Site Locations: Shilaj, Chandkheda, Paldi (Ahmedabad)
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise day-to-day site execution and construction activities
* Monitor work progress as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and project managers
* Ensure quality control and strict adherence to safety standards on site
* Manage materials, site measurements, and material handling
* Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation
* Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site execution issues
* Ensure efficient manpower utilization and smooth site operations
* Independently handle and manage assigned site execution activities
Qualifications:
* Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
* 2–4 years of relevant site experience in residential/commercial projects
* Strong execution skills and ability to manage site independently
* Responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented
Location Preference: Candidates residing in Ahmedabad are highly preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
