About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Site Audit Executive for a hybrid field-and-office role. The candidate will spend approximately 8–10 days per month on-site at client locations conducting audits and verifications, with the remaining working days in our office handling ITR filing, GST returns, and accounting work.
Key Responsibilities
On-site (8–10 days/month):
- Conduct physical verification of inventory, fixed assets, and cash at client sites
- Perform stock audits, site inspections, and compliance checks
- Verify records against books of accounts and report discrepancies
- Prepare detailed audit reports and documentation
In-office (remaining days):
- File Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for individuals and businesses
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
- Maintain books of accounts and reconciliations
- Support compliance and advisory tasks as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent
- Practical knowledge of ITR filing, GST returns, and accounting
- Proficiency in Tally and Excel
- Familiarity with income tax and GST portals
- Strong analytical and observation skills with attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication
- Willingness to travel to client sites regularly
